What this website is

Marketing material about Abu Dhabi Mira Hills, a master-planned city in Al Mamoura, Abu Dhabi, developed by Mira Developments in partnership with AD Ports Group, and about the development opportunities offered within it. We act as a broker. We are not the developer, and nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a reservation.

A master plan under development

Abu Dhabi Mira Hills is a master plan under development, delivered in phases. Phasing, the location, permitted use, land area and buildable allowance of each development opportunity, and the amenities, institutions and destinations described on these pages are the master developers' and can change. Renders and the master plan are indicative: they illustrate design intent and are not a promise of the finished city, and areas are subject to final survey and the terms of the individual transaction.

Prices and currency

Entry prices are indicative, exclude fees and charges, and can change without notice. Figures are shown in UAE dirhams. Pricing for any individual opportunity depends on its location, land area, permitted use and development parameters, and the contract price and currency are those stated in the transaction documents. Confirm current pricing with us before relying on any figure shown here.

Investment figures

Transaction volumes, investment totals, population projections and other market figures quoted on these pages come from the master developers or from published market data, and are attributed as such where they appear. They describe past or projected performance, are not a forecast, and are not a guarantee of any return. They are not investment, tax or legal advice. Take independent advice before committing.

Ownership and residency

Statements about foreign ownership, taxation and UAE residency, including the Golden Visa, reflect our understanding at the time of publication. Rules change and their application depends on your circumstances. Verify your position with a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

Project names, logos and brand marks belong to their owners, including Mira Developments, AD Ports Group, BIG — Bjarke Ingels Group and the brand houses named on these pages. Renders, plans and copy on these pages are used with permission for marketing these projects. Do not reproduce them without consent.

Enquiries and third-party services

Submitting an enquiry form does not reserve a development opportunity or create any obligation on either side. This site loads map tiles from Esri or MapTiler (OpenStreetMap-derived); those services operate under their own terms. Links to other sites, including the developer's, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care to keep this information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
